LINGUOCULTURAL ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH AND UZBEK TOPONYMIC PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS

Abstract:
This article examines the linguocultural significance of toponymic phraseological units in English and Uzbek. By analyzing how these expressions derive meaning from geographical names, the study highlights the cultural values, historical contexts, and social norms embedded within them. Through qualitative methods, including interviews and literature review, the research reveals the shared and divergent features of toponymic phrases across both languages, emphasizing their role in shaping cultural identity.
