Abstract:
Tadqiqotda inson kapitalini rivojlantirish orqali korxonalarda tashkiliy madaniyatni takomillashtirish masalasi yoritilgan. Xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi hamda ilmiy qarashlar tahlili asosida inson kapitali va tashkiliy muhit o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda bu yo‘nalishda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan va ilmiy xulosalar berilgan.
