Abstrak:
Hozirgi globallashuv va jamiyat hayotining jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida jamoat xavfsizligini ta’minlash davlat siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu vazifani samarali amalga oshirish, avvalo, ichki ishlar organlarida faoliyat yuritayotgan kadrlarning kasbiy salohiyati, ma’naviy-axloqiy fazilatlari hamda zamonaviy tahdidlarga moslashish qobiliyati bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Shu nuqtayi nazardan, politsiya tizimida kadrlar bilan ishlash xizmatlari faoliyatini boshqarish masalasi nafaqat tashkiliy-huquqiy, balki ilmiy-amaliy jihatdan ham dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etadi.
