Abstract:
Ushbu maqolada davlat qarzini boshqarish mexanizmining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekistonda davlat qarzini samarali boshqarishning institutsional va strategik yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda qarz siyosatini optimallashtirish, risklarni kamaytirish hamda qarz mablag‘laridan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
