Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada kadrlar siyosatida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarini qo‘llashning nazariy va amaliy asoslari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotda nomzodlarni saralashda qo‘llaniladigan avtomatlashtirilgan tizimlar, ularning samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari (KPI), algoritmik xolislik masalalari va rekruting jarayonini optimallashtirish usullari tahlil qilingan. Maqola davomida SI tizimlarining an’anaviy usullardan afzalliklari va yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan xatarlar ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan yoritilgan.
