Abstrak:

Maqolada komparativistik pedagogika doirasida madaniyatlararo kompetensiyaning nazariy asoslari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Uning fikricha, madaniyatlararo kompetensiyani nafaqat kommunikativ ko‘nikmalar to‘plami sifatida, balki komparativistik tafakkur va dialog pedagogikasining falsafiy an’analariga asoslangan murakkab refleksiv va dialogik qobiliyat sifatida tushunish kerak. Komparativistik falsafa, ta’lim nazariyasi va madaniyatlararo muloqot tadqiqotlariga tayangan holda, ish shuni ko‘rsatadiki, komparativistik pedagogika refleksiv ta’lim, axloqiy ochiqlik va madaniy farqlarni kontekstual talqin qilish orqali madaniyatlararo kompetensiyani rivojlantirish uchun izchil uslubiy asos yaratadi.
