Abstrak:
The rapid development of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed modern society, making the Internet an essential tool for communication, education, business, and social interaction. Along with its numerous benefits, the Internet also poses significant challenges related to information reliability, cybersecurity, digital ethics, and user responsibility. This article examines the concept of effective and responsible Internet use in the digital age, focusing on digital literacy, ethical behavior, data protection, and the prevention of online risks. Based on factual data from international organizations and scientific studies, the paper analyzes current trends, identifies key challenges, and proposes evidence-based approaches to promoting responsible digital behavior.
