В статье объясняется важность совершенствования управления трудовыми ресурсами посредством эффективных практических подходов и инновационных методов акционирования фермерских хозяйств региона. В статье рассматривается, как корпоратизация приводит к изменениям в аграрном секторе, как она поддерживает инновационные подходы к оптимизации занятости труда и какую важную роль играет в развитии предпринимательства среди фермерских хозяйств.

This article analyzes the story of Isajon Sultan's guard.  In the story, it is observed that the style of folk image is glorified by the image of nature.  In this case, using the symbolic units of the work, events and events in life, secondary relationships in life are conveyed to the reader.  At the same time, it is observed that an unusual solution is given to the development of events, the solution is given in a traditional way, although it is not devoid of literary elements.  Interpersonal confrontation of conflict situations is not observed in this story.  The networked representation of the narrative form means that each story or part is explained by a certain name or by certain animals.  Also, in the network expression of the narrative form, the folk creative images of the author's language also appear.  This is the expression of the concept of figurative thinking from the names of the guardian, birds, and fish.  The presentation of problematic situations in the secondary plan is expressed by the language of the guard.  Because of this, he is embodied as a person who has no right to take any measures or react to the events around him from a wide field.

Teachers can establish an engaging and dynamic learning environment in high school that equips pupils for the challenges of the twenty-first century by incorporating contemporary technologies into the curriculum. This article examines a variety of contemporary technologies and emphasizes how they affect teaching methods and student outcomes. These technologies include augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and internet platforms.

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada nutq faoliyati turlarini: tinglab tushunish, gapirish, o'qish, yozishni  hamda til materiallarini: talaffuz, leksika, grammatika o'z ichiga olgan lingvistik kompetentsiya to‘g‘risida umumiy ma’lumot hamda uni rivojlantirish omillari yoritilgan.

Tasavvuf ilmining Naqshbandiya maktabi islom olamiga mutasavvuf shayxlar bilan bir qatorda yetuk olimlarni ham yetishtirib bergan edi. Xoja Muhammad Porso va Ya’qub Charxiy shunday yirik mutasavviflardan hisoblanadilar.  Ular madrasalarda o‘qib, Qur’on, hadis, kalom kabi turli liniy ilmlarni chuqur o‘rganib, zamonasining zabardast kishilardan biri bo‘lib yetishdilar va Bahouddin Naqshbanddan so‘ng Markaziy Osiyoda naqshbandiya oqimining eng yirik vakili hamda targ‘ibotchisi sifatida tanilganlar.

Данная научная статья рассматривает актуальность акцентированного изучения латинских медицинских терминов, ориентированного на иностранных англоязычных студентов-медиков. Также, это исследование нацелено на внедрение новых, инновационных методов освоения латинской медицинской терминологии в программе курса изучения латинского языка для иностранных, англоговорящих студентов. Проанализировав существующие методики преподавания латинского языка в медицинских ВУЗах, мною была обоснована необходимость использования современного подхода к обучению наиболее сложной части латинского языка, а именно грамматики.

Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) являются основной причиной инвалидизации и смерти во всем мире. Так, в настоящее время в структуре смертности населения 57% составляют заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы, из них 49,3% приходится на ишемическую болезнь сердца (ИБС). Изучение ИБС, а в частности нестабильной стенокардии (НС) ее осложнений и эффективности лечения диктует необходимость изучения факторов риска. Известно, что метаболические нарушения, такие как избыток массы тела, дислипидемии и нарушение обмена глюкозы ускоряют атерогенез. Все эти нарушения являются компонентами метаболического синдрома (МС). Вопрос о влиянии МС на сердечно-сосудистую систему в литературе изучен достаточно подробно, однако влияние синдрома на результаты ангиопластических процедур и отдаленные прогнозы НС требует дальнейшего изучения.

Bugungi kunda dunyo bo‘yicha «tuproqlarga bo‘lgan tabiiy va antropogen ta’sirlarning ortib borish tendensiyasi kuzatilmoqda, natijada tuproqlarning xossalari, ekologik holatining o‘zgarishi va  unumdorligining pasayishi, shuningdek, ayrim hollarda foydalanishga yaroqsiz bo‘lib qolishi vujudga kelmoqda. Tuproqlarning texnogen buzilishi uning ekologik holatini o‘zgarishi sifatida belgilanadi, shuning oqibatida tuproqlarning unumdorligi va ulardan foydalanish samaradorligi kamayadi» . Shu sababli dunyoning barcha mamlakatlarida sug‘oriladigan tuproqlarning texnogen buzilishini oldini olish, ular uchun rekultivatsiya texnologiyasini ishlab chiqish va yerlarni tozalash hamda ulardan samarali foydalanish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.

Arterial hypotension is one of the leading problems of modern obstetrics, which determines a high level of complications among pregnant women, women in labor, and postpartum women. In the domestic and foreign literature, there is a large number of works devoted to the etiology and pathogenesis of arterial hypotension, and few works about the complications associated with it. This pathology can lead to intrauterine growth retardation due to decreased uteroplacental blood flow. The article provides data on a study of fetoplacental insufficiency in pregnant women with hypotension.

В статье рассматривается проведенный опрос среди школьников – подростков, а также анкетирование родителей школьников, с цель раскрытия сведений для изучения текущего состояния проблемы и  формирования  культуры  чтения  школьников. Опрос был проведент среди учащихся  двух школ.

Majburiy sug'urta bozorining O'zbekistonda rivojlanishi, zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etish va iqtisodiyotning umumiy barqarorligini oshirish o'rtasidagi aloqani o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Ushbu maqola, yangi texnologik innovatsiyalar qanday qilib sug'urta sohasining samaradorligini yaxshilashi, mijozlar uchun qulayliklar yaratishi va sug'urta kompaniyalari faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirishi mumkinligini tahlil qiladi. Shuningdek, O'zbekistondagi sug'urta bozorini yanada rivojlantirish uchun amaliy takliflar keltiriladi.

This study aims to investigate the impact of the work environment at “Uzavtosanoat” on employee productivity. The research design adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and observations to gather data from employees across different departments and levels. Data analysis will involve descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis for quantitative data, and thematic analysis for qualitative data. Ethical considerations will be upheld throughout the research process. The Ferromagnetic Potts model with five states on a first-order Bethe lattice is a significant subject in statistical physics and mathematical modeling. This abstract explores the distinct phases exhibited by this model and their implications. The Potts model is a lattice-based statistical mechanics model that generalizes the Ising model to systems with more than two possible states at each lattice site. In this study, we focus on the ferromagnetic variant of the Potts model with five states, which is particularly interesting due to its richer phase behavior. Utilizing the framework of a first-order Bethe lattice, we investigate the phase transitions and critical phenomena exhibited by this model. The Bethe lattice provides a simplified yet powerful structure for studying phase transitions in systems with large coordination numbers.
