THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES IN ENHANCING YOUTH ACTIVITY

Abstract:

The article examines the role of youth as a key actor in the socio-economic and cultural transformations shaping the New Uzbekistan. It substantiates the strategic importance of state youth policy aimed at developing education, innovative thinking, digital competencies, and social engagement among young people. Particular attention is given to the historical continuity of the ideas of the Jadids, who viewed progressive education as the foundation of national development, and to their contemporary implementation through large-scale educational reforms. The paper analyzes both achievements and current challenges in the education sector, including regional disparities, the lack of practice-oriented skills, and the demands of the digital era. It emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach combining infrastructure modernization, mentorship development, startup support, and the formation of an intellectually oriented environment that promotes sustainable development and unlocks the potential of youth.
