The article presents the results of an analysis of the frequency, clinical forms, and variants of congenital partial intestinal obstruction (CPI) in 123 pediatric patients observed during the period 2015–2022. All patients underwent a comprehensive examination, including clinical and laboratory studies as well as imaging diagnostics (ultrasound, radiography, computed tomography). The clinical manifestations of the disease and the diagnostic features were examined in detail depending on the anatomical localization and type of intestinal obstruction. Factors complicating the course of CPI were identified, and approaches to optimizing diagnosis and early detection of the pathology were proposed.
