Additionally, it addresses key barriers to successful treatment outcomes, including delayed diagnosis, treatment adherence issues, and healthcare infrastructure limitations. The article concludes with recommendations for strengthening global TB programs, accelerating research efforts, and enhancing access to innovative treatments to improve patient outcomes and reduce TB transmission.

The influence of climate on the spread of no communicable diseases (NCDs) is a growing concern in public health research. Climatic factors such as temperature, precipitation and humidity can directly or indirectly influence the incidence and prevalence of various NCDs, including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and some types of cancer. Understanding the complex relationship between climate dynamics and the nature of NCDs is essential for developing effective prevention strategies and mitigating the global health burden of these diseases. This article reviews current evidence on the influence of climate on the prevalence of NCDs and discusses potential mechanisms underlying these associations, highlighting the importance of climate change adaptation and resilience in public health policy and practice.

Oncohematological diseases in children represent one of the most serious medical and social challenges in pediatric practice. The incidence of childhood leukemia and lymphoma has been steadily increasing worldwide, with many cases diagnosed at advanced stages due to insufficient awareness and limited access to early diagnostic screening. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of early screening and preventive measures for detecting oncohematological disorders among children in the general population. Special attention is given to identifying risk factors, evaluating laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods, and assessing the role of educational programs for parents and healthcare providers. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for early detection and control of childhood oncohematological diseases.

This article examines the main preventive measures aimed at reducing the incidence and transmission of viral infections among children. These include vaccination programs, hygiene promotion, nutritional support, environmental sanitation, and educational interventions involving parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals. The implementation of these preventive strategies in everyday medical and educational practice is analyzed, highlighting the importance of community participation and government support. The study emphasizes that consistent and coordinated preventive actions can significantly lower the risk of infection, improve child health outcomes, and reduce the burden on healthcare systems.
