The article examines the dynamics of the development of manifestations of postmodernism in the science fiction novel “Flowers for Algernon” by Daniel Keyes. The study focuses on identifying the characteristic features of postmodernism. At the same time, the author analyzes how these postmodern elements influence the structure of the narrative, the images of the characters and the overall aesthetics of the work. The results of the study provide a deeper understanding of the creativity of Daniel Keyes and his contribution to the postmodern tradition in the context of science fiction literature.
