In the article two different functional modules were organised to solve emblem
recognition problems (classification and clustering). The first functional module represents the formation of
basic reference objects through quality learning selection. In the second functional module parallel
computing scheme is proposed using the capabilities of the technical resource of modern computers for
optimizing the computational process. As a result, an opportunity to quickly analyze large amounts of
information is created
