This study analyzes the mechanisms for implementing crime prevention in the regions from scientific-theoretical and practical perspectives. The roles of organizational management, interdepartmental coordination, mahalla institute activities, targeted social prevention, work with specific categories of individuals, property protection mechanisms, and the application of digital technologies and scientific approaches in the crime prevention system are elucidated. The possibilities of stabilizing the criminogenic situation through effective distribution of forces and resources at the mahalla level, working based on "road maps," strengthening the activities of prevention inspectors, and ensuring public participation are substantiated. Based on scientific research and official data, it is concluded that the comprehensive and harmonious implementation of preventive mechanisms will contribute to a sustainable reduction in crime.
