Early childhood caries is one of the most common dental pathologies in children in the first two years of life and is characterized by rapid progression and a high incidence of complications. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of modern comprehensive preventive approaches to preventing early childhood caries in children under two years of age. The study included 60 children, divided into a study and a control group of 30 people. Children in the study group underwent a set of preventive measures, including an individual caries risk assessment, parental education on oral hygiene rules for the child, correction of the feeding and nutrition regimen, and the use of fluoride-containing products in age-appropriate concentrations. The control group received standard preventive recommendations.
