The study group is 367 patients who had been treated at the Proctology department of SamSMU clinic №1 between the period from 2010 to 2022 years among which 26 (7,08%) patients had necrotic form of the disease. In 341 (92.92%) aerobic etiology of damage was found. The average age of the patients was 53,1±4,9 years old. Clinical checkup, digital investigation of the rectum and rectoromanoscopy, transabdominal and transrectal ultrasound, KT and bacteriological investigation of wound’s discharges were done in all the patients. All the surgeries were performed urgently. Results of the studies showed that early diagnosis and radical operation with additional antibacterial and detox therapy led to recovery.
