The article determines the intensity of sediment deposition processes along the length of the canal from the water intake section of the Karshi Main Canal to the pumping stations from the Amu Darya River. Also, the possibility of regulating the supply channel bed to the required size and improving water supply has been created by attracting the available equipment (ground dredgers) to the corresponding points (PK). Based on the results of scientific research, schemes for optimal placement of dredgers in the channel have been developed. Adverse processes occurring in the supply channel, as well as in areas with a high probability of bank erosion and sedimentation reduction due to flow regulation, have been identified and appropriate recommendations have been developed.
