Urolithiasis is one of the most common diseases in uronephrology, it occurs in more than 3% of the world's population. Urolithiasis has become more common among children over the past few decades. Studies have shown that the number of urinary stones has increased fivefold in the last decade, partly because more accurate diagnostic methods have emerged.
