GIPOKSANTIN ASOSIDA BIOLOGIK FAOL BIRIKMALARNI SINTEZ QILISH VA ULARNING C-6424 PAXTA NAVI O‘SISHI VA RIVOJLANISHIGA TA’SIRINI O‘RGANISH

Mazkur tadqiqot gipoksantin asosida biologik faol birikmalarni sintez qilish va ularning C-6424 paxta navining o‘sishi hamda rivojlanishiga ta’sirini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot doirasida gipoksantinning hosilalari va ularning ayrim metall ionlari bilan hosil qilgan koordinatsion birikmalari sintez qilindi. Olingan birikmalarning biologik faolligi laboratoriya va vegetatsion tajribalar sharoitida baholanib, ularning urug‘larning unib chiqishi, ildiz va poya uzunligi, o‘simliklarning umumiy rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari gipoksantin asosidagi birikmalar past konsentratsiyalarda paxta o‘simligining dastlabki rivojlanish bosqichlarini sezilarli darajada rag‘batlantirishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu birikmalar ekologik xavfsiz, samarali va qishloq xo‘jaligida o‘simlik o‘sishini stimulyatsiya qiluvchi istiqbolli vositalar sifatida qo‘llash uchun tavsiya etilishi mumkin.

GIPOKSANTIN ASOSIDA d- METALLARI MONOLIGANDLI KOMPLEKSLARINING SINTEZI VA BIOLOGIK SALOHIYATI

Ushbu tadqiqot d- metallari ionlarining gipoksantin va boshqa purin hosilalari bilan hosil qilgan aralash-ligandli koordinatsion birikmalarini sintez qilish hamda ularning tuzilish va biologik xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Gipoksantin purin qatoriga mansub tabiiy birikma bo‘lib, molekulasidagi endotsiklik azot va karbonil kislorod atomlari orqali metall ionlari bilan samarali koordinatsiyalanish qobiliyatiga ega. Aralash-ligandli tizimlarda gipoksantin qo‘shimcha purin hosilalari bilan birgalikda ko‘p markazli xelatlashni ta’minlab, barqaror metall–ligandli tuzilmalar hosil qiladi.
