This article discusses the role of language phenomena in transferring thought into speech. Analysis of language phenomena can be studied in the syntactic stylistics department of linguistics. Syntax deals with the arrangement of words, determining the position of words in the fluency of speech, and forms linguistic phenomena for the correct construction of sentences. Sometimes there is a need to amplify speech, and normative devices are traditionally involved in speech. Examples of such devices are known and they are systematized according to certain principles. It is in this sense that the article talks about how linguistic events and devices are necessary to enrich our speech and express our thoughts fluently. Several linguistic phenomena and their classification are mentioned in the article. The need for a detailed study of language phenomena based on scientific and theoretical sources by itself causes an increase in research on this topic, and the program of our article serves as a basis for this research.
