This article analyzes the phenomenon of historicity in Iqbol Mirzo’s poetry. Using the poem “Jadids” as an example, the study examines the images of historical figures, the poetic methods of interpreting past events, and their harmony with modernity. The poem demonstrates how historicity functions as an artistic means for shaping national consciousness, strengthening historical memory between generations, and promoting spiritual maturity. The research analyzes artistic devices such as symbols, metaphors, repetition, and contrasts, and identifies the distinctive features of historicity in Iqbol Mirzo’s poetry.
