In this study, we tried to identify acute and idiopathic scrotal edema in boys. To differentiate children with scrotal edema syndrome. The most obvious clinical symptoms are increasing hyperemia of the skin, pain, discomfort in the area of redness, swelling and pastosity of the scrotum spreading to the perianal area and itching. Laboratory data are unchanged except for eosinophilia. After conservative therapy in 96.2% of cases, within 2-5 days, a sharp decrease in symptoms occurred.
