The article is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of β-blockers in pregnant women with arterial hypertension (AH) and tachycardia (heart rate>90 min\b). For an objective assessment of the effect of the drug on the cardiovascular system during pregnancy, modern methods were used, such as Holter ECG monitoring and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring.
