The article presents data on the clinical and laboratory dynamics of hypoxico-ischemic encephalopathy of newborns with different gestation periods during the acute period. 60 newborns with a gestation period from 28 to 41 weeks with hypoxic damage to the central nervous system in the early period were under observation. The children were examined on the basis of the neonatal pathology department of the regional children's multidisciplinary medical center.
