IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OUTPATIENT TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE WHO HAVE SUFFERED MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

Cardiac rehabilitation is a complex intervention that seeks to improve the functional capacity, wellbeing and health-related quality of life of patients with heart disease. A substantive evidence base supports cardiac rehabilitation as a clinically effective and cost-effective intervention for patients with acute coronary syndrome or heart failure with reduced ejection fraction and after coronary revascularization. In this Review, we discuss the major contemporary challenges that face cardiac rehabilitation. Despite the strong recommendation in current clinical guidelines for the referral of these patient groups, global access to cardiac rehabilitation remains poor. The  pandemic has contributed to a further reduction in access to cardiac rehabilitation. An increasing body of evidence supports home-based and technology-based models of cardiac rehabilitation as alternatives or adjuncts to traditional centre-based programmes, especially in low-income and middle-income countries, in which cardiac rehabilitation services are scarce, and scalable and affordable models are much needed.

COMPLEX-MODIFIED CONCRETES WITH MICRO FILLERS BASED ON METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY WASTE

The micro-filler researched in the article was gotten by crushing concrete and reinforced concrete waste and sieving gotten particles. Researched crushed particle size was smaller than 0.125 mm. Main micro-filler characteristics were determined. After doing research according to the special research method and according to the gotten results it can be stated that additive (micro-filler) made from crushed concrete waste is active. It was determined that when using concrete waste for concrete mixture mixing a higher amount of water is needed since part of the water is absorbed by used waste filler moistening. Big amount of this excess water is probably absorbed by smaller mixture particles gotten during the crushing process.

THE EFFECT OF COOKING SPEED ON MEAT TENDERNESS

Cooking speed plays a major role in determining the tenderness and juiciness of meat. When meat is heated quickly at high temperatures, muscle proteins contract rapidly, leading to moisture loss and a tougher texture. When meat is cooked slowly at lower temperatures, collagen in the connective tissue has time to dissolve into gelatin, resulting in a more tender and moist product. This study compared fast, high-temperature cooking with slow, low-temperature cooking to examine how these different heating rates affect tenderness. Tenderness was assessed by measuring the pressure needed to break the cooked meat fibers, along with observations of texture and juiciness. The results showed that fast-cooked samples had significantly higher resistance to pressure, indicating greater toughness, while slow-cooked samples required much less force and showed clear signs of collagen breakdown. These findings support previous scientific studies on heat-induced protein changes and collagen solubilization in meat. The study demonstrates, in practical terms, how cooking speed influences tenderness and why slower methods produce softer meat.

DISCUSSION OF MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE DIAGNOSIS OF BACTERIAL DISEASES

This article's goal is to examine the performance, advantages, and disadvantages of the new and existing microbiological methods that aid in the quick detection of bacterial infections in critically sick patients, as well as the data that is currently available to assess their clinical significance.  Significant morbidity and death are caused by bacterial infections and sepsis in patients hospitalized to the critical care unit, and the growing worldwide burden of antibiotic resistance makes managing these conditions even more difficult.  In this context, novel diagnostic techniques that can surpass the accuracy and turnaround time constraints of conventional microbiology are greatly needed. The optimization of current culture-based techniques, rapid antigen detection, nucleic acid detection (including multiplex PCR assays and microarrays), sepsis biomarkers, new techniques for pathogen detection (like T2 magnetic resonance) and susceptibility testing (like morphokinetic cellular analysis), and the use of direct metagenomics on clinical samples are some of the general topics we cover.

EVALUATING FOR MASTERY AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENTS SUPPORT COMPETENCY-BASED LEARNING

Traditional standardized testing focuses on rote memorization and low-level skills, failing to adequately evaluate if students have mastered higher-order competencies needed for post-secondary success. Competency-based education aims to develop mastery of key abilities through personalized, flexible learning. However, assessment practices must also shift to authentic tasks that mirror real-world applications. This article examines how authentic assessment supports competency-based learning goals. Authentic assessments embed evaluation within open-ended, complex projects, performances and problems set in contexts similar to work, community or post-secondary education. Through authentic tasks, students demonstrate mastery of collaboration, problem-solving, communication and other transferable skills. Feedback is ongoing to support continuous improvement. Research indicates authentic assessment is a valid measure of competency attainment. Data from three competency-based high schools that implemented portfolio-based, performance-based and product-based assessments show such tools reliably indicate students' mastery of collaboration, digital literacy and other targeted competencies. Authentic assessment also increases student engagement and motivation by connecting learning to meaningful work. This evidence suggests authentic assessment should be a core practice for any competency-based learning model seeking to fully evaluate student competency development.

"THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MUSIC THERAPY IN ELIMINATING STUTTERING" (METHODS AND RESULTS OF TREATING STUTTERING THROUGH MUSIC.)

Stuttering is a speech disorder characterized by interruptions in the flow of speech, such as repetitions, prolongations, and blocks. Traditional speech therapies focus on altering speech patterns through cognitive-behavioral methods, but music therapy has emerged as a promising complementary or alternative treatment. This paper examines the effectiveness of music therapy in reducing stuttering, particularly through methods like Melodic Intonation Therapy (MIT), rhythmic speech exercises, and singing. Music therapy leverages the brain's distinct processing of rhythm and melody to facilitate smoother, more fluent speech. This review discusses various therapeutic techniques, the neurobiological mechanisms involved, and the potential benefits observed in individuals undergoing music therapy for stuttering. Research indicates that music therapy can enhance speech fluency, reduce anxiety, and improve overall communication confidence. While further studies are needed, early results suggest that integrating music therapy into stuttering treatment protocols may offer significant benefits.

PLANNING AND MINE DESIGN IN OPEN-PIT MINING PROCESSES AT MINING ENTERPRISES

This article presents the problem of short-term planning of open-pit mining processes and work shifts in mines and the design process of technological mine parameters in open mines is shown. The problem is mine and waste as well several problematic situations in truck parks and drop-off points are highlighted. Truck distribution is dynamic to permit each truck must be assigned multiple routes. The problem is deciding which one facades should be mined and specify the number of trucks, their routes and directions, and the amount of material transported by them to each drop-off point is satisfactory we can see the calculation ratio and their indicators as needed. The goals are to minimize the deviations starting with production targets, chemical grade and particle size range of each parameter control in each plant and reduce the number of trucks we can give examples of processes. To solve the problem, we developed a mixed integer linear objective programming model and tested it using real data from an iron ore mine. The results showed the proposed approach supports decision makers in sizing and allocation and in meeting the required targets of truck fleets and production and control parameters by ore processing plants in a day-to-day scenario such as low availability the flexibility of shovels and trucks, ore quality, and the need to increase production have been widely discussed.

THE LEGAL PROCEDURE FOR COMPENSATING CONSUMERS FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY DEFECTIVE GOODS, WORK, AND SERVICES IN UZBEKISTAN AND A COMPARISON WITH INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Consumer protection is an important part of the legal system of Uzbekistan, based on the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Civil Code, which provide for the liability of manufacturers and suppliers, as well as the right of citizens to compensation for material and moral damages. However, the practical implementation of these rights is complicated by procedural difficulties, low awareness, and the absence of effective collective remedies. A comparison with the experience of the EU and the US shows that class actions, alternative dispute resolution, and recognition of moral damages significantly enhance consumer protection. To improve the system in Uzbekistan, reforms are needed aimed at developing collective protection, strengthening law enforcement, and adapting it to digital markets, which will increase public trust and bring the system closer to international standards.

ANTIHYPERTENSIVE THERAPY IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs), which have nephroprotective effects, are first-line drugs (FL) for treatment of arterial hypertension (AH) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). However, these groups of drugs have a number of contraindications, certain adverse drug reactions, unwanted drug interactions and therefore cannot be prescribed in all AH patients with CKD. Therefore, real clinical practice studies are needed to assess the real frequency of nephroprotective drugs prescription, especially in the elderly.
