In this study, in order to isolate endophytic microorganisms isolated from Cichorium intybus L, samples were collected from 3 districts of Samarkand region: Pastdargom, Urgut, Nurabad. The results of identification microorganisms grown in nutrient media for the isolation of endophytic microorganisms from Cichorium intybus L was also evaluated. Biological potential was assessed.

ODDIY SACHRATQI (CICHORIUM INTYBUS L) O’SIMLIGIDAN ENDOFIT MIKROORGANIZMLAR AJRATIB OLISH

Ushbu maqolada mavzu yuzasidan barcha elektron hamda yozma manbalarni tahlil qilgan holda hamda amaliy tadqiqot, tadqiqot maqsadidan kelib chiqib sachratqidan endofit mikroorganizmlar ajratib olindi va morfologik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi, ajratib olingan faol endofitlarning o‘simlikning o‘sishi va rivojlanishiga ta`sirini o‘rganildi. Dorivor o‘simliklardan endofit mikroorganizmlar ajratib olish va ularning biotexnologik potensialini tahlil qilish va o‘rganish,ildiz va barg ekstraktini asosida endofit bakteriyalarni identifikatsiya qilish ba’zi o’simliklarning fitokimyoviy tarkibiy qismlarini aniqlash va ularni mavjud ommaviy spektral tarkibini tuzish endofitik mikroorganizmlarni oddiy sachratqi bargi va ildizlaridan ajratib olish, ularni xarakterlash va ularni gen sekvensiyasi orqali aniqlashga bagʻishlangan.

“TARAXACUM OFFICINALE L. VA CICHORIUM INTYBUS L. ILDIZLARI ASOSIDA POLIEKSTRAKT TEXNOLOGIYASINI ISHLAB CHIQISH”

So‘nggi yillarda tabiiy xom ashyolarga asoslangan biologik faol moddalarga bo‘lgan talab keskin ortib bormoqda. O‘simliklarning ildiz qismlari, ayniqsa, Taraxacum officinale L. va Cichorium intybus L. ildizlari, inulin, flavonoidlar, achchiq glikozidlar, fenol birikmalari va organik kislotalar bilan boy bo‘lib, ular organizmda moddalar almashinuvini yaxshilash, qondagi qad miqdorini pasaytirish hamda antioksidant ta’sir ko‘rsatish xususiyatiga ega. Shu sababli mazkur o‘simliklar asosida kompleks poliekstrakt tayyorlash texnologiyasini ishlab chiqish farmatsevtika sohasining dolzarb masalalaridan biridir.
