FEATURES OF THE CLINICAL COURSE AND ELECTROCARDIOGAPHY DATA OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE IN MEN IN YOUNG AND ELDERLY AGE

This article analyzes the clinical features of the course and electrocardiographic (ECG) changes in coronary heart disease (CHD) in men at a young and old age. The study included 230 patients with coronary artery disease. All patients depending on age were divided into 2 groups: the 1st group included 126 young patients, the 2nd group included 104 elderly patients. The main diagnostic methods were patient interviews, ECG, Holter monitoring. According to the results of the study, it was found that the occurrence of anginal attacks from 6 to 8 times during the day was observed in 85 (67.5%) patients of the 1st group, in 82 (78.8%) patients in the 2nd group, which indicated about the severity of the disease

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INTENSIVE THERAPY OUTCOMES IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME IN THE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) encompasses a spectrum of clinical conditions ranging from unstable angina to myocardial infarction with or without ST-segment elevation. ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) occurs due to complete occlusion of a coronary artery, leading to transmural ischemia, which is reflected by ST-segment elevation on the ECG. In contrast, Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI) is usually associated with subtotal coronary occlusion, resulting in subendocardial ischemia and ST-segment depression or T-wave inversion. This study evaluates the effectiveness of different ICU treatment protocols for ACS patients. A total of 87 patients were studied, divided into two groups based on ECG changes. Group A included STEMI patients, while Group B included NSTEMI patients. Standard biomarkers such as Troponin I and T, along with echocardiography and clinical monitoring, were utilized to assess outcomes. This paper provides comparative data on the efficacy of specific pharmacological protocols and their influence on cardiac recovery and prognosis.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF β-BLOCKERS IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND TACHYCARDIA USING HOLTER ECG MONITORING AND 24-HOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING

The article is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of β-blockers in pregnant women with arterial hypertension (AH) and tachycardia (heart rate>90 min\b). For an objective assessment of the effect of the drug on the cardiovascular system during pregnancy, modern methods were used, such as Holter ECG monitoring and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring.

MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION ARTICLE MODERN VIEWS

Myocardial infarction (MI), colloquially known as "heart attack," is caused by decreased or complete cessation of blood flow to a portion of the myocardium. Myocardial infarction may be"silent," and go undetected, or it could be a catastrophic event leading to hemodynamic deterioration and sudden death. Most myocardial infarctions are due to underlying coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death in the United States. With coronary artery occlusion, the myocardium is deprived of oxygen. Prolonged deprivation of oxygen supply to the myocardium can lead to myocardial cell death and necrosis. Patients can present with chest discomfort or pressure that can radiate to the neck, jaw, shoulder, or arm. In addition to the history and physical exam, myocardial ischemia may be associated with ECG changes and elevated biochemical markers such as cardiac troponins. This activity describes the pathophysiology, evaluation, and management of myocardial infarction and highlights the role of the interprofessional team in improving care for affected patients.

APPLICATION OF LOCAL INTERPOLATION CUBIC SPLINE MODEL BUILT IN UNEQUAL INTERVALS

The processes of interpolation of biomedical signals obtained as a result of experimental studies are carried out using the local cubic spline model proposed in this work. The obtained results show that cubic spline models give good results in digital signal processing, which ensures that specialists make the right decision (diagnosis) as a result of digital signal processing in a certain field (in the field of medicine). The initial values of the ECG signal were digitally processed for the study. The obtained results are graphically displayed and the error results are evaluated [1,2]. The closeness of the reconstructed signal values to the original signal amplitudes and the very low error ensure the model's performance. In addition, accuracy is very important in the field of medicine. In medicine, accuracy plays an important role in processes such as determining the current condition of a patient brought to the hospital in critical condition, determining the type of disease, and determining the degree of the disease [3,5]. Increasing the degree of convergence of the models considered in this work does not depend on increasing the order of the system of equations.

COMORBID EVENTS IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH PYELONEPHRITIS AND PREVENTION OF THESE CONDITIONS.

The article presents data from 30 examined pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis. The patients' data were studied at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 of Samarkand State Medical University, in the obstetrics department. A complex examination was carried out, including the study of complaints, medical history, gynecological and obstetric history, clinical and laboratory data, ultrasound of the fetus and maternal kidneys, echocardiography and ECG of the mother’s heart to identify comorbid phenomena. Based on the data, recommendations are given for the prevention of these phenomena.

STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF ALKALOIDS ISOLATED FROM THE VINCA ERECTA PLANT ON CARDIAC ACTIVITY UNDER EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS

In the presented research paper on the study of the effect of vincanine hydrochloride and its derivatives on cardiac activity, changes caused by the action of therapeutic and subtoxic doses of these substances are presented.  Studies have shown that the studied substances slightly reduced the heart rate in therapeutic doses, while in high doses there was pronounced bradycardia and even death as a result of asystole. It was also found that the studied substances slightly reduces the generation of pulses at the sinus node in all studied doses, in high doses can even cause cardiac arrest.

RESULTS OF ASSESSMENT OF CLINICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL FEATURES OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN PAROXYSMAL FORM OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION

This scientific work evaluates the clinical and instrumental features of the course of myocardial infarction during paroxysmal AF, thanks to the combined use of methods for assessing troponin I, ECG, coronary angiography (CAG), and transthoracic echocardiography. The study included 128 patients hospitalized in emergency care departments No. 1 and 2, and cardiac intensive care unit of the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care. Paroxysmal AF may develop against the background of a more serious pathology, such as atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries or lead to secondary myocardial damage. Studying troponin levels in this group of patients seems justified.
