In the contemporary global economy, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies are reshaping business models, redefining competitiveness, and altering traditional management structures. This paper analyzes how AI-driven transformation influences corporate adaptation and strategic expansion across the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine. Using a comparative methodology and a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, the study identifies the main challenges impeding AI implementation, including insufficient funding, weak digital infrastructure, and limited regulatory capacity. Drawing on OECD and World Bank statistics, as well as field surveys conducted in Azerbaijan, the findings demonstrate that while digital transformation initiatives exist, their effectiveness remains constrained by structural limitations. The research further compares these outcomes with the practices of developed economies such as the USA, Germany, and South Korea, highlighting that systematic policy support, innovation ecosystems, and human capital development are essential for sustainable AI integration.
