Ushbu ishimiz   o‘pka va jigarning qo‘shma exinokokkozi bilan kasallangan 112 nafar bemorni jarrohlik davolash natijalarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Klinik material uch guruhga bo‘lindi: birinchi guruhdagi (nazorat) 36 (32,14%) bemor alohida keng kesimlar orqali   operatsiya qilingan. Shundan   34 (94,44%)  bemorda operatsiyalar 4-6 haftalik interval bilan bosqichma - bosqich, 2 (5,56%) bemorda o‘pka va jigardan exinokokkektomiya bir vaqtning o‘zida alohida kesimlar orqali amalga oshirildi. Ikkinchi guruhdagi 29  (25,89%) bemorda bir vaqtning o‘zida torakofrenolaparotomik kesim orqali o‘ng o‘pka va jigardan kistalar olib tashlandi. Uchinchi guruhdagi 47 (41,97%)   bemorda  o‘pka va jigardan kistalarni olish bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirildi. Shundan   35 (74,47%) holatda, exinokokkektomiyaning ma’lum bosqichlarida biz tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan mini kesimlar orqali videoassistent yordamida bajarildi va 12 (25,53%) holatda  mini kesmalar, 7  bemorda bir vaqtning o‘zida alohida mini-kesma orqali va 5  bemorda esa to‘rt haftalik interval bilan bosqichma-bosqich o‘pka va jigardan kistalar olib tashlandi. Videoassitentli operatsiyalarni qo‘llash erta asoratlarni ikki marta kamaytirishga yordam berdi.

В статье рассматривается управление бытовыми отходами в рамках реализации «Зелёной экономики» в Республике Казахстан. Повышение эффективности управления бытовыми отходами является актуальной задачей как для всей Республики Казахстан, так и для Западно-Казахстанской области. В настоящее время в Казахстане система раздельного сбора отходов на уровне «источника» их образования не налажена должным образом. В связи с этим, проводится комплексный экономический анализ по всей стране, охватывающий раздельный сбор отходов, их вывоз, переработку и реализацию. Утилизация бытовых отходов, в частности, остаётся актуальной проблемой. В данной работе предлагается идея изготовления экологически чистого мыла путём повторного использования бытовых жировых отходов.

The Tebin Bulak iron ore mining enterprise of the Republic of Karakalpakstan is planned to have a large production capacity. The technology for improving the quality of the titanium-magnetite concentrate extracted from the massif is proposed, which consists of separate grinding of the ore into two technological grades - high-quality content and average content, and concentration of the grades in separate sections. Thanks to this proposed technological scheme, it will be possible to ensure that the ore is divided into easily concentrated and hard concentrated grades at the concentration stage, but it is important in the stages of mining, transportation and preparation for crushing of iron ores. The advantage of the new technology currently used in mines is the relative complexity of equipment modernization, since the technological scheme of ore processing is changed only in the concentration plant. The percentage of titanium-magnetite in the mine is 16-33 percent. Blasting processes are currently being carried out at the Tebin Bulak mine.

This article argues that a more precise definition of the subject of study would be beneficial for metaphor research. There are three distinct ways to do metaphor research: as a component of grammar or use, as a component of language or cognition, or as a component of sign systems or behavior. Eight separate study domains that each have their own assumptions about metaphorical meaning and their own implications and repercussions for the goals and assessment of research arise when these three dimensions are crossed. These distinctions are supposed to make statements regarding the use of conceptual metaphor in language more credible.

This article examines theoretical and practical problems associated with the application of the escrow system in civil legislation. While the escrow institution is widely used in international commercial practice, its successful implementation in national legal systems presents a number of difficulties. Within the framework of the research, the experience of legal regulation of the escrow system in various countries was analyzed, as well as the possibilities and obstacles to applying this institution in the civil legislation of Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the legal construction of the escrow mechanism, its impact on contractual and property relations, as well as features of application in dispute situations. The research results show that effective application of the escrow system requires creating a separate legislative base, regulating the activities of escrow agents, and improving dispute resolution mechanisms. The conclusion provides practical recommendations for implementing the escrow institution adapted to the civil legislation of Uzbekistan.

This project aims to develop a machine learning model specifically designed to identify credit card fraud. The model will be trained on a dataset of historical credit card transactions and evaluated using a separate holdout dataset of unseen transactions.

The chemical composition of the plant and its essential oils is affected by its growing environment and climate. It is well described in the literature for many plants. The plants with sectile leaves grow in Corsica (France), Sardinia, and Sicily (Italy), and some consider them to be a separate species (ssp. siculum). T. vulgare is a 50–100 cm tall perennial herbaceous plant. The stem is straight, branched from the middle, furrowed, glabrous, or slightly pubescent. The leaves are alternate, dark green on top, grayish on the bottom, and pubescent.

It is known that the scope of work done on the phenomenon of linguistic synonymy in the XX century is significant compared to the work done in world linguistics. Separate scientific collections, serious studies, and monographs were created in this regard. For example, in the monograph published in Russian lexicography in the late XX - early XXI century and analyzed about 3,200 different types of dictionaries, about 50 synonym dictionaries in the Russian language were scientifically commented in detail, and their achievements and shortcomings were noted.
