INTELLIGENT MONITORING OF STUDENT ACTIVITY IN PHP-BASED E-LEARNING SYSTEMS

The widespread adoption of e-learning systems has significantly increased the volume of data related to student activity, including login behavior, content interaction, and learning engagement patterns. While such data provide valuable insights into learning processes, many PHP-based e-learning systems lack intelligent monitoring mechanisms capable of analyzing student activity in real time. As a result, academic supervision often relies on manual observation or static activity reports, which limits the effectiveness of timely interventions. This article investigates the design and implementation of intelligent monitoring mechanisms for student activity in PHP-based e-learning systems. The proposed approach integrates artificial intelligence techniques into a traditional PHP platform to enable automated tracking, analysis, and interpretation of student activity data. By leveraging AI-driven monitoring, the system aims to identify abnormal behavior patterns, detect disengagement, and support proactive academic supervision. The results demonstrate that intelligent monitoring enhances the visibility of student activity dynamics and enables early identification of potential learning risks. The proposed framework shows that artificial intelligence can be effectively integrated into PHP-based e-learning environments to support continuous monitoring without requiring extensive system restructuring. This research contributes to the development of intelligent e-learning systems by providing a practical model for AI-supported student activity monitoring in widely used web-based platforms.

INFLUENCE OF FATS AND THEIR HYDROLYSIS PRODUCTS ON THE PROTEOLYTIC ACTIVITY OF THE PANCREAS AND GASTRIC JUICES

The effect of different concentrations of fat and fat hydrolysis products on the proteolytic activity of the pancreas and gastric juice was studied using casein-fat emulsion (casein+tributrin, casein+sunflower oil). Under the influence of sunflower oil hydrolysis products, the total proteolytic activity of pancreatic juice clearly decreased, but this indicator did not change under the influence of tributyrin hydrolysis products. Hydrolysis products of sunflower oil and tributyrin oil do not affect the total proteolytic activity in gastric acid environment. We saw a decrease in the proteolytic activity of the pancreas when the concentration of the above-mentioned fats was increased in the composition of the casein + fat emulsion. Increasing the concentration of fats affects the proteolytic activity of gastric juice.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF HARVESTING PLANTS WITH HIGH BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY ON THE CENTRAL AND PERIPHERAL NERVOUS SYSTEM

This article presents the results of a study of the psychopharmacological activity of BAC, obtained on the basis of vegetation common in our country. The studied substance was studied by the action and search, the anxiolytic activity of experimental animals, as well as by oral administration at doses of 5.0 and 15 mg/kg of its activity in relation to emotions or fear. As a result of the screening studies, it was noticed that the action and search activity of experimental animals decreased under the influence of the substance under study. At the same time, this substance showed little anxiolytic activity in relation to the control group. Also, in the Sonberg method, the excretion of urine and excrement by experimental animals decreased due to noise and external factors. Thus, based on the conducted screening study, it can be concluded that the studied substances significantly reduce fear and emotional arousal. This indicates that the studied substances have a calming effect.

EXTRACTION OF LECTIN FROM NATURAL RAW MATERIALS AND STUDY OF ITS PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES

Lectin was extracted from Phaseolus vulgaris seeds and purified using Affi-gel blue gel, fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) – ion-exchange chromatography, and FPLC-gel filtration methods. The lectin consists of two 30 kDa subunits, and its N-terminal structure was found to be similar to other Phaseolus lectins. The hemagglutination activity of the lectin remained stable within a pH range of 1-14 and a temperature range of 0-80°C. The lectin strongly inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7 (breast cancer) cells with an IC50 of 1.3 μM and suppressed HIV-1 reverse transcriptase activity with an IC50 of 7.6 μM. The lectin also exhibited activity by increasing [3H-methyl]-thymidine incorporation in mouse splenocytes in response to a mitogenic stimulus. However, it did not stimulate nitric oxide production in murine peritoneal macrophages. Chemical modification results indicated that tryptophan is crucial for the hemagglutination activity of the lectin.

ASSESSMENT OF MATRIX METALLOPROTEINASE ACTIVITY IN CARDIAC REMODELING IN A CHILD WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA (CLINICAL CASE)"

Connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) is a group of hereditary diseases characterized by disruption of the structure and function of connective tissue, which can affect various organs and systems, including the cardiovascular system. One of the main molecular mechanisms contributing to the development of pathologies in CTD is an imbalance in the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which are responsible for the destruction of the extracellular matrix. The purpose of this study is to assess the activity of MMP in plasma in a child with connective tissue dysplasia of the heart and to analyze the role of the gelatin zymography method in the study of myocardial remodeling. The paper presents a clinical case of a 13-year-old girl with cardiac connective tissue dysplasia. To assess MMP activity, the gelatin zymography method was used, which revealed a significant increase in the activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9, which indicates pathological processes of degradation of the extracellular matrix and impaired myocardial remodeling. The results obtained confirm the importance of this method in the diagnosis of diseases associated with cardiac remodeling and highlight its potential in clinical practice for monitoring the progression of diseases associated with connective tissue disorders.

HEATING MONOCHLOROMETHANE IN AN AIRLESS PLACE AND AT A COLD TEMPERATURE PROCESS AND SELECTING A BINDING COMPONENT WITH A SELECTIVE CATALYTIC ACTIVITY AND A SELECTIVE CATALYST

In the work, monochloromethane was selected for heating (at high temperature) in an air- absorbed environment. Methods of selecting a binding component for a catalyst that has a low catalytic activity and retains the characteristic of selective action are shown . Experiments were carried out in a catalyst bed reactor at temperatures of 400-500℃ and a volumetric rate of monochloromethane of 450-2000 h-1. In the process Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-20; Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-30 catalysts were used. In the Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-20 sample, the conversion of monochloromethane was 66%, after 500 min, up to 42% of the monochloromethane conversion in Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-20, Mg-P-Zr And in Fe/YukS-30 it decreased to 36%. Al 2 O 3 was recommended to be used as a binder component, but the introduction of a binder led to a decrease in activity. The acidic properties of ammonia were studied using the method of thermoprogrammed desorption of ammonia. The regeneration process of the deactivated catalyst in the pyrolysis of monochloromethane was carried out using the method of combustion in air flow. Unreacted monochloromethane and reaction products were determined by the GSX method. In addition, the total selectivity of ∑C 2 -C 3 in Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-30 is 6.75 mol% higher than in Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-20, and both Mg-P-Zr-Fe/ The activity of YuKS-20 and Mg-P-Zr-Fe/YukS-30 catalysts decreases to 36.8% and 36.6% after 500 min of operation, which indicates the similarity in their deactivation. The purpose of the work is to create a bond for a slightly higher catalytically active and selective catalyst, which is separately isolated for the heating process of monochloromethane in an air-absorbed, i.e., vacuum environment, by slowly increasing the temperature. consists in choosing the constituent component.

GENITAL ENDOMETRIOSIS: CHOICE OF THERAPY

Aromatase is a key enzyme in the conversion of androgens to estrogens in the ovaries and other tissues and organs. To study the role of aromatase in the pathogenesis of external genital endometriosis (NGE) 57 patients with NGE were examined and 15 healthy women of reproductive age. Aromatase activity was determined by the reaction of estrogens to the aromatase inhibitor letrozole. The ovarian source of the determined aromatase activity was determined by the suppression of the reaction to letrozole against the background of the use of the gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist. Aromatic activity in terms of antral. The follicle in patients with grade II–IV NE was higher than in healthy women, however, the total aromatic activity of the ovaries due to the low number of antral follicles did not differ from the indicator in the control group. Violation of folliculogenesis in NGE is probably associated with the revealed hyperestrogenemia of ovarian and extra-gonadal origin.
