В данной статье рассматриваются возрастные особенности формирования навыков общения у учащихся начальных классов, в частности у детей третьих и четвертых классов. Анализируются психологические и педагогические аспекты, влияющие на развитие коммуникативных умений в многонациональных классах Узбекистана. Отмечается, что возраст 8–10 лет является важным этапом становления личности и формирования базовых навыков общения. Подчеркивается значимость учебной и внеучебной деятельности как факторов развития коммуникативной компетенции младших школьников. Особое внимание уделяется роли учителя в создании условий для эффективного взаимодействия между детьми различных национальностей и культур. Приводятся практические рекомендации по формированию навыков общения через групповые формы работы, ролевые игры и проектную деятельность. Рассматриваются возможности внедрения современных образовательных технологий в процесс обучения. Делается вывод о том, что учет возрастных особенностей учащихся является важнейшим условием успешного развития их коммуникативных навыков.
