THE IMPACT OF STRESS ON LEARNING ABILITY

Stress is a common psychological and physiological response to challenging or demanding situations, and it significantly affects cognitive functions essential for learning. This article explores the multifaceted relationship between stress and learning ability, focusing on how acute and chronic stress influence memory, attention, and motivation. Research indicates that while moderate levels of stress may temporarily enhance alertness and performance, prolonged or high stress can impair brain function especially in areas related to information processing, such as the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. The paper also examines the role of individual differences, such as age, personality traits, and coping mechanisms, in moderating stress effects on learning outcomes. Finally, strategies for managing stress such as mindfulness, time management, and supportive learning environments are discussed to foster more effective educational experiences. EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF FOLLICULOGENESIS DISORDERS BASED ON OXIDATIVE STRESS BIOMARKERS: A CLINICAL–BIOCHEMICAL APPROACH

This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between oxidative stress biomarkers — ROS, MDA and TAC — and ovarian function parameters, as well as to determine their diagnostic value in the early detection of folliculogenesis disorders. A prospective study conducted in 2024–2025 included 90 women divided into three groups based on oxidative stress levels. Women with high oxidative stress demonstrated significantly reduced AMH levels, elevated FSH and nearly a threefold decrease in AFC. ROS and MDA levels were markedly elevated, while TAC was significantly reduced. Correlation analysis revealed a strong negative association between ROS and AMH, a moderate negative association with AFC, and a positive association with FSH. ROC analysis demonstrated an AUC of 0.84 for ROS > 30%, whereas the combined marker AMH < 1.1 ng/mL + ROS > 32% achieved an AUC of 0.91. Overall, oxidative stress biomarkers were shown to have high predictive value for early identification of folliculogenesis impairment and declining ovarian reserve.

FACTORS AND MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING STRESS RESILIENCE IN EDUCATORS

This article explores the key factors and mechanisms that contribute to the development of stress resilience among preschool and early childhood educators. In the face of increasing demands, emotional labor, and complex interpersonal dynamics, educators are often exposed to high levels of occupational stress, which can negatively affect both their well-being and professional performance. The paper examines psychological, social, and organizational influences that shape educators’ capacity to manage stress effectively. Drawing on recent empirical research and theoretical models of resilience, the study highlights the role of emotional intelligence, self-regulation, social support, professional autonomy, and workplace culture in fostering adaptive coping strategies. Additionally, practical recommendations are provided to support the development of resilience through targeted training programs, reflective practices, and systemic institutional support. By identifying and strengthening the internal and external resources available to educators, it becomes possible to enhance their psychological resilience, reduce burnout, and improve the overall quality of educational outcomes. The findings emphasize the need for an integrated approach that combines personal competencies with supportive environmental structures in the pursuit of long-term professional sustainability in the field of education.

Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot zamonaviy tibbiyot, neyrobiologiya va neyrofiziologiyaning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri — surunkali stress hamda uyqu buzilishlarining markaziy asab tizimi (MAT) faoliyatiga ko‘rsatadigan kompleks ta’sirini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi stress gormonlari, xususan, kortizolning bosh miya neyronal strukturalariga, gippokamp va prefrontal po‘stloq sohalariga neyrotoksik ta’sirini hamda uyqu deprivatsiyasining neyrodegenerativ jarayonlardagi patogenetik rolini aniqlashdan iborat. Maqolada O‘zbekiston aholisi orasida o‘tkazilgan klinik kuzatuvlar, yuqori texnologiyali elektroensefalografik (EEG) ko‘rsatkichlar va psixofiziologik testlar natijalari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. STUDY OF THE ANTI-ULCER ACTIVITY OF A PHYTOCOMPETENT WITH ADAPTOGENIC PROPERTIES

Stress has many faces in its manifestations. It can trigger the onset of almost any disease. In the modern world, the problem of stress affecting the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, especially the gastric mucosa, is relevant, contributing to the occurrence of peptic ulcer disease. Stress ulcer is one of the most common forms of stress–induced mucosal disease, which poses a serious threat to the development of bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract. This condition is registered in about 60% of patients who have been undergoing ventilation for a long time, and 25% of them have bleeding. The problem of a detailed study of approaches to the treatment and prevention of this pathology is extremely relevant.

BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS OF OXIDATIVE STRESS IN CHILDREN WITH AFFECTIVE-RESPIRATORY PAROXYSM

This study aimed to assess the level of oxidative stress in children with Affective-Respiratory Paroxysm (ARP). The results showed that the ARP group had higher levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and lower activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GP). This indicates that oxidative stress may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ARP. Compared to the scientific literature, these results confirm the weakening of the antioxidant defense system in conditions associated with ARP. Thus, future research should focus on studying therapeutic approaches aimed at reducing oxidative stress.

STRESS VA UNING NERV HAMDA ENDOKRIN TIZIMGA TA’SIRI

Ushbu maqolada stressning inson organizmiga ta’siri, ayniqsa nerv va endokrin tizimlar faoliyatidagi o‘zgarishlar ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Stress organizmning tashqi va ichki noqulay omillarga nisbatan moslashuv javobi bo‘lib, uning asosiy mexanizmlari markaziy nerv tizimi va gormonal boshqaruv orqali amalga oshadi. Maqolada gipotalamus–gipofiz–buyrak usti bezlari o‘qi (HPA o‘qi), kortikotropin-relizing gormon, adrenokortikotrop gormon, kortizol hamda katexolaminlarning fiziologik va patofiziologik roli yoritiladi. Shuningdek, surunkali stress sharoitida neyroendokrin regulyatsiya buzilishi, gomeostazning izdan chiqishi, metabolik jarayonlar o‘zgarishi va stress bilan bog‘liq somatik hamda psixosomatik kasalliklar rivojlanish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Stressning qisqa muddatli adaptiv ta’siri va uzoq davom etuvchi stressning patologik oqibatlari ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan asoslab beriladi. Olingan ma’lumotlar umumiy tibbiyot amaliyotida stressni baholash, oldini olish va nazorat qilish muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
